EP Sprayable – Waterproofing System is NOT A MEMBRANE, It is a Australian Technology utilizing a polymer chemistry that penetrates into the capillaries of the concrete, brick, block, plaster and all masonry materials, causing a progressive chemical reaction with the free lime and alkali (which is neutralized for all time) combining all component parts of the masonry into one single dense mass.

E P Waterproofing System™ also acts as a curing agent, when applied to “green” or “set” concrete E P™ penetrates into the structure and slows the down hydration to give a slow uniform cure with no hair-line cracks guaranteed even in the harshest environments.

E P Waterproofing System™ is more effective than any surface sealer or cement based membranes which are easily damaged by sub-trades or poor application methods mean they simply don’t work.

E P Waterproofing™ is simple to apply (by back-pack spray) and needs only one application for complete curing, waterproofing and corrosion inhibiting on all masonry.

This revolutionary waterproofing system is resistant to over 60 different chemicals, will stop staining from penetrating the surface, can be painted over (any coating or topping can be applied over E P™) is colorless, odorless and finishes in a natural look with no shine or gloss and is also non slippery.

Causes a chemical reaction that solidifies the component parts of concrete and masonry into one single mass.

Increases the tensile strength and prevents concrete floors from surface cracking, crumbling, dusting and rutting. Increasing the wearing quality.

Applied to “green” or “set” concrete, E P Waterproofing System™ allows newly placed or poured concrete to cure properly whilst insulating against iron oxide (Rusting) effecting the integrity of the reinforcing steel.

Forms a better bond between old and new concrete, such as concrete slab repairs and screeding. It will enable the new concrete to cure properly by preventing the rapid absorption of moisture from the new concrete into the old.

Neutralizes the lime and alkali in the masonry and eliminates dampness. It therefore prevents saponification of paints by stopping the leaching of the lime and alkali into the oils of the paint, enabling the paint to last from 2 to 5 times longer (depending on the quality of the paint)

Permanently insulates and waterproofs walls and floors, inside or outside, damp or dry, new or old, above or below grade, painted or unpainted.
